ONLINE CONFERENCE PLATFORM

 

The EMC2021 conference will be held from August 29th to September 2nd, 2021, online on the conference platform.

Dear Participants!

To log-in to the virtual EMC2021 Conference platform please use a direct link

and then your e-mail address used during the registration and your individual password.

 

AVAILABLE FORMS OF PRESENTATIONS during EMC2021:

1. Oral presentation

15 min (included discussion!) presentation supported by slides.

pptx or pdf presentations, all in 16: 9 (widescreen mode)

All authors are requested to upload their presentations (after acceptance notice) to the cloud disc (PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION HERE)  till 27th August 2021.

Please send the files saved according to the naming scheme: (session symbol, speaker name, title of the presentation)

EXAMPLE: T1.S1_John.White_Title of presentation

Please be prepared for „live” presentation during the sessions.

All authors will receive a special link with an automatically turned on tool, which allows to have a full control over the presentation.

Mentioned link you will find in My Presentation Bookmark on the conference platform:

The connection test will be performed with each speaker before the conference. Please contact  Ada Krawiec (ada@uplive.pl) to choose the day and time suitable for you.

 

2. Poster presentation

All posters will be available in form of slides (max. 10 JPG/PNG images) on the online platform. All posters authors will be asked to upload the slides to the system after acceptance notice.

Authors are requested to upload their poster JPG / PNG / GIF / BMP (!!!)  images (max. 10 slides) to the registration system (ABSTRACTS ->> Upload Presentation bookmark)  from 1st August 2021 till 27th August 2021. If you will have some problem with uploading the files, please sent it directly to us.

Please send the files saved according to the naming scheme: (session type, session symbol, speaker name, title of the presentation)

EXAMPLE: POSTER_T1.S1_John.White_Title of presentation – slide 1, POSTER_T1.S1_John.White_Title of presentation – slide 2, etc. 

Posters will be uploaded on the conference online platform each day morning and available for public view.

Poster session and discussion will be available on the conference online platform each afternoon. Posters will be published on the virtual platform during all days of conference.

Next to the uploaded poster there will be a button which, when pressed, will transfer the person to the room (table) with the poster author. Due to the optimization of the discussion, the capacity of the room has been limited to 8 people.
