A flat fee of 20€ will be charged for each abstract submission

Coffee breaks: coffee and refreshments during coffee breaks and poster sessions
Lunches: 4 lunches (Mon-Thu, 06-09 Sept) at conference venue
Ice Breaker Party: Sunday 5 th September 19.00 – 21.00 at AGH-UST

The Gala Dinner at Zalesie Manor Complex on Wednesday, 8th Sept. 2020 is not included in the technical session registration, it has to be booked separately.

Refund policy: Registration fees will be refunded less € 50 administration costs until 30 July 2020. No refunds will be possible thereafter.
