A flat fee of 20€ will be charged for first abstract submission and 40€ for second abstract submission.

Online registration will be possible until July 20, 2020
Registration link will be disconnected at 12 PM (Central European Time). After this date, only on-site registration will be possible. Also we will not guarantee a conference materials for participants registered on-site.

A preliminary document will be sent to your email after registration. After payment an invoice will be issued and sent to your conference account bookmarks “payments & invoices” in pdf format after receiving a payment.

HOW TO REGISTER ON LINE

2. LOGIN and REGISTER to the Conference

If you didn’t upload your abstract you can do by this step. You can also finish financial registration without uploading an abstract.
Use the password and the username you have used to create your personal conference account.

3. PAYMENT
Please do not pay before registering otherwise we are unable to match your payment with the registration data. Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your email address.
You can pay by credit card ( master or visa only) or wire transfer. To pay by credit card login to your personal account, find bookmark „ Payments & invoices” and pay.
If you pay by wire transfer do not forget to add your name or registration number in reference. It will not be possible to pay by bank transfer after July 30, 2020.

4. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
You will receive an e-mail with the summary of the selected options and preliminary document with an amount.

5. INVOICE
A preliminary document will be sent to your email after registration. After payment an invoice will be issued and sent to your conference account bookmarks “payments & invoices” in pdf format after receiving a payment.

Terms and Conditions

By completing the registration form, the participant accepts the general terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy and agrees that his/her data may be used, processed and published (e.g. within the list of participants) for organizational purposes of the congress. The participant accepts that Technical Organizer – COTI Conference Time will contact him/her by email for organizational matters (e.g. the registration confirmation and invoice) and information related to the congress.

During the conference, attendees, exhibitors, guests and others may be photographed by the conference organization company or its partners. Parts of these photographs may be displayed in future publications or materials connected with the congress.

Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank information.

Refund of fees, less € 50,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 30 June 2020. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. No refund will be possible in case of no-show.

In the event that the 3rd European Mineralogy Conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Conference Organizers or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Conference Organizers, the Connference Organizers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, or any other indirect losses or consequential damages.

Under these circumstances, the Conference Organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future conference, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the Conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.

The Organizer does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance. Participants are highly encouraged to provide for their own insurance policy covering such events.

Conference materials: Delegate bag, name badge, programme volume, abstracts and programme on a memory stick
Coffee breaks: coffee and refreshments during coffee breaks and poster sessions
Lunches: 4 lunches (Mon-Thu, 07-10 Sept) at conference venue
Ice Breaker Party: Sunday 6th September 19.00 – 21.00 at AGH-UST

The Gala Dinner at Zalesie Manor Complex on Wednesday, 9th Sept. 2020 is not included in the technical session registration, it has to be booked separately.
